2. Free Trial Period
All our featured placement plans come with a 3-day free trial. During this period, you can cancel your subscription at any time without being charged. If you do not cancel within the trial period, you will be billed according to the plan you selected.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Service Unavailability: If our featured placement services are unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same service, you are eligible for a full refund of the incorrect charges.
- Cancellation Within 7 Days: If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase (after the free trial period), you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Cancellation after 7 days of the initial purchase
- Dissatisfaction with the number of views, clicks, or conversions your featured product receives
- Changes in business circumstances or strategy after purchasing a featured placement
- Violation of our Terms of Use that results in the termination of your featured placement
- Refund requests made after the subscription period has ended
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team through our contact page
- Provide your account information and the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant documentation or evidence to support your request
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically qualify you for a refund. To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your Affilitio account
- Navigate to your account settings
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Click on "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
After cancellation, your featured placement will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify this Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes.
